We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, tracked UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with a live tracking link.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Email hello@vellupet.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the returns address and instructions.

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Each product page includes a size guide in the specifications. If you're between sizes for a growing pet, we generally recommend sizing up.

Fabric items are best hand-washed cold and air-dried. Leather and hardware should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. Full care instructions are included with your order.
