30 days to change your mind.

If your VelluPet piece isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or exchange.

Email hello@vellupet.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Send it back

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We'll email you a returns address and instructions.

Get refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on used feeding bowls that have contained food, or on any item showing signs of wear. Personalised or engraved items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty?

We're sorry — that's not the experience we want you to have. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right straight away.
