1. About us
Vellupet.co.uk is operated by VelluPet. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Placing an order
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we've sent you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and payment
We take payment at the point of order. If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we'll notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes on our shipping page are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by our carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Our standard returns policy extends this to 30 days for unused items — full details are on our returns page.
6. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, sizes and colours are accurate, but natural materials and screen calibration mean minor variation is possible.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
