Every VelluPet order ships free on a tracked service across the United Kingdom — no minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm ship the next working day.
Delivery time
Tracked delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

We currently ship across mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. International delivery is coming soon.
